Running / Multi-event Coaching - Includes baseline evaluations
  • Basic Training Plan / Event Plan - $80
  • Consultation without training sessions - $50/month
Personal Training Workouts - Includes baseline evaluations
  • Private training, two session minimum - $75/hour
  • Four Weeks, 4 sessions - $260
  • Four Weeks, 8 sessions - $480
Strength, Cardio and Flexibility Assessments - as quoted

Facilitated stretching session (30 - 40 mins) - $30

Drop-in cardio fee - during specified hours - $6

Stretch classes - $5

Small group training - as quoted, depending on group size.

  • Initial meeting is complimentary.
  • Payment for a single session is due at time of service. Packages of multiple sessions may be divided into two payments.
  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any unused balance will be returned if you discontinue training for any reason.
  • Note: A travel charge will be added outside the Portland metro area service radius.
 
Fitness Assessment
It's easier to evaluate the success of a particular training program if you know your baseline.  Assessments measure cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility and may be repeated periodically.  Results are compared to your starting point  to determine how well the training is addressing your needs.
 
Body Composition Analysis
If you don't need the entire package of assessments but desire to lose fat, a simple, 7-site caliper test provides a set of measurements that may be repeated over time.
 
Strength Program Design
For many dedicated athletes, the missing link is an efficient strength program to support those hard-working prime movers.  Many exercises can be completed at home with minimal equipment.  Spending just a couple of hours each week on strength and flexibility is a great investment in staying injury-free.
 
Run Coaching & Race Preparation
Having a coach at your side can make preparing for a race easier and more fun.  Beyond program design, coaching involves race selection, equipment advice, nutritional counseling, motivational strategy and more.  When we're on board, you should expect phone and email support each week to keep you on track.
 
Cardio Program Design
Best race results are not an accident!   After determining your starting point, you will follow logical and safe progressions toward your goal.  We design workouts to keep the athlete engaged and interested while minimizing the possibility of injury.
 
Postural Assessment
Most of us go through our busy training seasons without giving much thought to body balance and symmetry.  When injuries do crop up, they are nearly always accompanied by an imbalance.  A quick postural assessment, with digital photo support, will help you and your trainer identify weakness and inflexibility.   This test, often overlooked, is recommended for all athletes prior to beginning their training.
 
Facilitated Stretching
Considering the benefits, it's surprising how many athletes give their stretching programs the cold shoulder.  Done properly, this component of your workout will make you feel great!  Yes, you can relax.  We'll show you how.
